Hi, I’m Fleur!
With Dutch and Russian roots, I’ve made Switzerland my home, a place where I bring together my love for food, nature, and creativity. My journey into plant-based cooking began over 11 years ago, sparked by a curiosity about food and its impact on our planet, our health, and animal welfare. The more I learned, the more my passion for plant-based eating grew.
Back in the early days of Instagram, I started my account simply to find recipe inspiration and share my own meals. What was only an online-outlet grew into something that I brought into the ‘‘real’’ world. I’ve begun co-organizing conscious events, cooking for private events, and creating content for aligned brands.
Cooking is my love language, a way to connect, experiment, and nourish. I love transforming familiar favorites into healthier, plant-based versions without compromising on flavor. My goal is to show that plant-based cooking isn’t just easy, but also fun, exciting, and incredibly delicious. I hope to inspire others to step out of their comfort zones and get creative in the kitchen.
When I’m not in the kitchen or behind the camera, you’ll find me hiking in the Swiss mountains, travelling, trying out cute cafe spots and soaking in all the beauty this earth has to offer
